5 Most Common Job Interview Questions
1st “Tell something about yourself” - You will not be asked for your hobby. They need a brief summary, what kind of person you are, what you are better than anyone else, and what skills you bring to their company. Write and rehearse it.
2nd “Your Problems with co-workers” - Do not think this as a chance to gossip about past workplace. Show how you can solve interpersonal conflicts. Be very careful about how you describe other people. Avoid saying about their sex or race. The worst thing you want, is to be treated as a fan or racist.
3rd “What is your biggest weakness” - This strange question is very often. The employer just wants to see that you are even evaluate, manage, and modest. Therefore, the best way to answer this question is to find a weakness, you actually have, and turn it into a plus.
4th “The facts about your job…” - Get them consistent and straight. If you are writing in your resume that you have a $ 2 million deal, be sure not to increase that number in the interview.
