1st “Tell something about yourself” - You will not be asked for your hobby. They need a brief summary, what kind of person you are, what you are better than anyone else, and what skills you bring to their company. Write and rehearse it.

2nd “Your Problems with co-workers” - Do not think this as a chance to gossip about past workplace. Show how you can solve interpersonal conflicts. Be very careful about how you describe other people. Avoid saying about their sex or race. The worst thing you want, is to be treated as a fan or racist.

Job interview is a process of evaluation of a potential employee by a prospective employer for employment in their company.

A job interview usually takes place before setting decision, and will be used to evaluate the candidates.
